We are thrilled to announce that Ashtown Packaging have been shortlisted for a 2019 UK Digital Experience Awards in not one but two categories and will be attending the DXA finals in London later this week! Our Team has been recognised in the categories of both Best Digital Change & Transformation and Best Online User Experience B2B / B2C. We are so proud of this achievement and the journey that we have been on to transform the technology within our business.
In total, there are 23 categories within the 2019 Digital Experience Awards. The awards celebrate the many ways that digital technologies are being used to enhance customer experience across B2B and B2C businesses of every size and sector.
Ashtown Packaging has made some huge investments over recent years, to both our Customers’ online experience and the technology that we use within the business to keep things running smoothly. We are over the moon to be shortlisted as a finalist and invited to attend the Digital Experience Awards, it is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the teamwork that has made it all possible.
On Friday 12th July, our team will attend the second stage of judging in London, to present our initiatives and answer questions before an expert panel of independent judges. The results will be announced at an awards ceremony later that day. Many of the presentations are open to all attendees, making the event a great opportunity for businesses to learn from one another. We’ll be presenting alongside lots of amazing household names like Sky, RBS, EE, Three, Jaguar Landrover, EDF Energy, Virgin Trains, Cisco and Parcelforce and we feel extremely proud to be in such excellent company!
